Great Day in Vero Beach.

Great day yesterday in Vero Beach, Florida. How nice it was to meet with Great Canadian Friends.
We met with the Captain and Admiral of the vessel "Persuasion" from Toronto. They are presently  "hocked" on a mooring ball in the Vero Beach, Municipal Marina. (Also known as Velcro Beach, because once there, it is very hard to leave). We first met with Mike and MaryEllen Taylor late June of last year,  on their one year journey to the Bahamas, in our very own home port, Shediac Bay Yatch Club. Then again last summer,  in the Brad D'Or Lakes. You can actually follow them on: Persuasion37.com
Along with the party, is Charlene and Bill Ross from our home town, presently staying in Fort Pierce, also  friends of Mike and Mae.
We had a lovely dinner at Mulligan's right on the beach. (Atlantic Ocean)
Mj Dagget, Captain of the Shine Sailling VesseI, know you are reading this. They were  asking about you. We only had nice things to say, including your amazing story of the Leather Back Turtle rescue.

Also posted, are photos of the Vero Beach Yatch Club. Enjoy!
